AMBASSADORS

Dan & Mary Peery - Hey Y'all
Winchester, TN
We are retired and travel extensively. We’ve traveled to 13 countries, and all 5O states. We have visited all the Tennessee State Parks and camped in most of them. We love visiting historic and out-of-the-way places. Camping is our favorite outdoor activity. When we travel we are accompanied by our two fur babies. We enjoy live music, festivals, and anywhere the scenery is beautiful. We also bring a sense of humor to our travels and look for quirkiness wherever we go.

Christy Tolley - Lynnville, TN
I’m the tourism director in Lynnville, TN and part of the Marshall and Giles County Chamber. I love the counties I work with and support growth. We have so many unique attractions that often aren’t promoted. We are growing and changing and I want the whole world to know how great Tennessee is!

Kathryn Yoches - Columbia, TN
Hey, Y'all! Although I have moved quite a bit, Tennessee has always been home sweet home to me! This state is never short on new experiences and adventures.
I am an IP Lawyer and if in not in looking at my laptop, you can find me looking at nature and new places, my favorite hobby.
I am a huge sucker for waterfalls and trees close enough to hang my eno. And of course, dog-friendly trails and adventures.
If I had to pick only one cuisine... it would be Mexican food, duh!

Shelby Lee Lowe - Cornersville, TN
Shelby Lee Lowe is a country singer and songwriter from Cornersville, TN. Growing up in between Nashville and Muscle Shoals, Shelby was influenced at an early age by traditional country, southern rock and soul music. Shelby’s been fortunate enough to play all over the country, but he still calls the hills of Southern Middle Tennessee his home.

Jasmine Armstrong - Columbia, TN
Hello everyone, I am flabbergasted to be here and to be a part of something that represents the place I love so much.
I love to explore new state parks and different restaurants especially a fun food truck. When I travel I love to look for a place that is big on making things fun for the kids. I love to find hidden gems such as the mom and pop eateries.
I tend to go wherever there is water and a grill. I can eat anything and I am not afraid to try anything once. Food is a love language in our family. I can't wait to share my love for the places I go to daily and the new ones I will explore here soon. Thanks again for choosing me.

Katie Anderson - Manchester, TN
"Hello, my name is Katie Anderson. I am a Mama of three beautiful children and a Nana of two (third one on the way) sweet grandchildren. A born and raised Floridian, but proud to call Manchester, TN my home for the past 28 years. I think what makes our small town so unique and such a great place to live is the love and support within the community as well as the strong sense of pride.
I currently work for the Manchester Chamber of Commerce as Director of Membership and as facilitator of our Ambassador Program.
Spending time with family, Reading, Baking and Exploring new places are just a few of my favorite things to do. I have quite the sweet tooth and love coffee, Italian food, wine and chocolate....all in that order too!
I have a passion for tourism and would like to travel more in the future. It has been a dream of mine to visit Paris, France one day so I am hoping for a trip to celebrate my 50th Birthday!
I look forward to sharing all of my amazing experiences of our beautiful state of Tennessee with you!"

Mary Ferguson - Lewisburg, TN
"My name is Merry Ferguson, my husband and I along with our dog love to travel especially in our beautiful state of Tennessee.
Finding the road less traveled is our motto while living our best life. We have two grown children who share the same passion as us with their love of nature and beautiful off the beaten path places.
Hiking and camping are two of my favorite things to do while traveling. We also love taking long Jeep Rides or hitting the 4 wheel trails with friends.
While not out exploring I love to craft and embroider things. Making anything from T-shirts- signs-decal etc…
I look forward sharing my adventures and passion for my home state of Tennessee with everyone else.
Happy Trails!"
