STAAR Theatre to Stage Classic Musical “Grease” with a Fun Twist
STAAR Theatre is pleased to announce its upcoming production of the beloved musical “Grease” set to take the stage at 7 p.m. on November 8-9 and 15-16, with a special matinee performance on November 10 at 2 p.m.
In a refreshing twist, this production of “Grease” stars an all-adult cast, with every role being played by actors aged 30 and over. Director Stan Pierchoski shared that this approach comes in response to requests from the community.
“The public has been asking for a musical that would allow the talented adult actors in the South Central Tennessee and North Alabama region to showcase their acting, singing and dancing abilities,” Pierchoski said. “We’re thrilled to bring this idea to life with such an iconic show.”
