Bonnaroo moves 2021 festival from June to September

(Bonnaroo.com) We want to thank you for being a loyal Bonnaroovian, and we appreciate your patience as we navigate the best options to ensure we can be together on the Farm in 2021.
The dates we originally announced for Bonnaroo Music & Arts Festival 2021 have changed. Bonnaroo will now take place on September 2-5, 2021. Information on lineup, camping and accommodations will be available at a later date.
We encourage you to rollover your tickets to the new dates, however, we will make refunds available for those who cannot attend.
REFUND INFORMATION
Bonnaroo will now take place on September 2-5, 2021 to celebrate our 20th Anniversary. If you are a current 2021 Bonnaroo ticket holder for the originally rescheduled June dates, you will have the opportunity to refund your ticket(s) and camping accommodations for Bonnaroo 2021 by logging into your Frontgate account and selecting the refund option beginning on September 30, 2020 at 8 am CT. The refund window will close on October 31, 2020 at 11:59 pm CT. All ticket holders who do not select the refund option will be automatically rolled over to the Bonnaroo Sept 2-5, 2021 dates. Refunds will be processed in as few as 30 days following the October 31, 2020 deadline. Your refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
Note: If you used a layaway plan to purchase your original order, your order is eligible for a refund, less the $10 non-refundable layaway fee. You still need to follow the steps to request your refund.
HOW TO REQUEST A TICKET ROLLOVER:
No action is required. Wristbands will ship for those new festival dates summer 2021. If you move and need to update your shipping address. You can update your mailing address on your order by visiting your order details via Frontgate TICKETS

HOW TO REQUEST A TICKET REFUND:
Log into your Front Gate Tickets account using the appropriate link below.
Select the “Your Account” button and then “Order History” at the top navigation bar. This will take you to your ticket purchase.
Select “View Order Detail” on the order number you wish to have rolled over to 2021.
Click the “REQUEST REFUND” button at the top of your order details. It will automatically initiate the process to rollover that ticket order.
