Friday was a magical evening at Fox & Locke in Leiper’s Fork with the legendary Randy Bachman of The Guess Who and Bachman Turner Overdrive.

Randy treated the audience to stories of his friend Neil Young, of Joni Mitchell’s debut performance, of the pizza delivery guy who randomly ended up playing piano on “Taking Care of Business," how Elvis inspired him to transition from classical to rock, and so much more. The life he has lived is a walk through the history of rock music.
He let attendees have a look behind the scenes of each of his epic hits, including timeless classics like “These Eyes,” “American Woman,” “You Ain’t Seen Nothin’ Yet,” “No Sugar, Tonight,” just for starters.
The second half of the show, Randy was joined by the talented Lindsay Ell, who Randy discovered when she was just 15 years old. Lindsay now plays with Shania Twain.
A Fox & Locke regular remarked that this was one of the best shows they’ve ever been to at this iconic venue! That is no mean feat- each Fox & Locke show is truly incredible and packed with talent.
This intimate look into Randy Bachman's incredible career was an unforgettable night. He promised to come back, and he is welcome on the F&L stage anytime!
