The Nature Center at Tims Ford is officially open! Featuring history exhibits, an out of this world fish tank system representing the lake, dam, and river, a dark room with an observation honeybee hive, a touch and feel table, a rappelling wall, and more, our Nature Center is sure to have something for everyone.
The Nature Center is currently open 9:30-6 every weekend and is closed most Tuesdays and Wednesdays, but you can call the park office to be sure before you visit.
Rappelling programs are scheduled activities, so be sure to keep an eye on our website. We are excited to have these new programming opportunities and are already working on new additions.
Many of the exhibits were made possible from donations to the park, so we want to thank anyone who has donated to Tims Ford!
