More than Cheese at Flatrock Cheese & More

With the name Flatrock Cheese & More, this Pulaski, TN shop-owner means “and lots more!”

Located at 2825 Minor Hill Hwy, the food selections are what draw hungry customers in. First the cheese. It’s quality selections of the Millersburg, OH-based Troyers Cheese Co. This specialty cheese manufacturing is located in Ohio Amish country, which means quality, delicious cheeses.

The store is open Mon., Wed., Thurs., and Fri., 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m. CST, and Sat. 8:30 a.m. - 4 p.m. CST. Flatrock offers made-to-order sandwiches and salads, both featuring the cheese, of course. They proudly serve Pulaski Fried Pies. Don’t forget to grab a pie, or other baked goods, to finish off your meal or to take home for later. 

But that’s not all, in the food department. Flatrock specializes in bulk foods, with a great assortment of pickled items, jams, honey, sorghum and so much more to stock your pantry. When in season Flatrock provides fresh produce.  

And in the “lot’s more” category is a great selection of quality built storage buildings and swing sets, all attractive and built to last. The appeal of the outdoor furniture is an opportunity to sit a spell and just relax. 

That’s one of the key ingredients brought to Pulaski from owner Wendell, who said, “I opened this store in 2009 to serve the community with good quality products.” Congratulations, Wendell, mission accomplished.
