Tennessee Songwriters Week Qualifying Round Venues

Songwriters Week 2023

Tennessee Songwriters Week supports music venues, supports songwriters with live performances in all genres of music, drives visitation and inspires travelers to experience the state's music stories, history, attractions and venues. Tennessee Songwriters Week 2023 will kick off with qualifying rounds the first two weeks of February.

Select songwriters from qualifying rounds will advance to seven pre-determined showcase events in Memphis, Franklin, Gallatin, Chattanooga, Knoxville, Gatlinburg and Johnson City Feb. 19-25, 2023:

• The Bijou Theatre - Knoxville - 7 p.m. EST, Feb. 20, 2023

• Lafayette's Music Room - Memphis - 6 p.m. CST, Feb. 21, 2023

• Songbirds Foundation - Chattanooga - 6 p.m. EST, Feb. 21, 2023

• Ole Red - Gatlinburg - 5 p.m. EST, Feb. 22, 2023

• The Down Home - Johnson City - 7:30 p.m. EST, Feb. 22, 2023

• Franklin Theatre - Franklin - 7 p.m. CST, Feb. 23, 2023

• Palace Theatre - Gallatin - 3 p.m. CST Feb. 25, 2023

Special events will also take place statewide. Songwriters who would like to participate can sign up for one Qualifying Round event. Check out these qualifying round venues across the south-central region:
