1. Sponsor

The 2026 Ticket Giveaway (“Promotion”) is sponsored by the South Central

Tennessee Tourism Association d/b/a Experience Tennessee (“Sponsor”), located at P.O. Box

1182, Lynchburg, TN 37352.

 

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, C3 Presents, LLC, or Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival.
 

2. Eligibility

The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older

at the time of entry.

 

Void where prohibited by law.

 

Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, C3 Presents, LLC, and their affiliates, partners, and immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, or sibling) or those living in the same household are not eligible.

 

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins on April 22, 2026 and ends on May 15, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”)

 

Entries submitted outside of this period will not be eligible. All entry methods will be combined for the drawing.

 

4. How to Enter

Participants may enter using any of the following methods. No purchase is required.

 

A. Social Media Entry

• Follow Experience Tennessee on Facebook and/or Instagram; this is optional as an

entry, but not required for entry otherwise.
 

B. Newsletter Entry

• Subscribe to the Experience Tennessee “Field Notes” newsletter.

 

C. In-Person Entry

• Complete an entry form at the Tennessee Whiskey Trailhead & Welcome Center

D. Mail-In Entry (Alternate Method of Entry – AMOE)

• Mail a handwritten entry, including

  • Full Name

E. Taking the South Central Tennessee & Upper Cumberland Music Census Survey

• Limit: One (1) entry per person per method. Duplicate or automated entries may be disqualified. All entry methods will be combined for the random drawing.

 

5. Prize

 

Winner(s) will receive (the “Prize”)

• Two (2) general admission tickets to the 2026 Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival on June 12-15, 2026 in Manchester, Tennessee (the “Festival”)

 

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $860.00

 

The Prize does not include transportation, lodging, food, parking, or additional expenses unless otherwise stated. 

 

Winner and guest must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and must abide by all Festival and venue policies. Festival reserves the right to revoke full or partial prize from any winner or winner’s guest who it or venue/Festival personnel deem may, in its sole discretion, be intoxicated, be a safety risk, have violated any venue/Festival policy or law, or may bring Festival into disrepute. Winner and guest must have a valid state-issued driver’s license or Real ID-compliant license or ID for identification purposes and to claim tickets. Winner understands that there are inherent risks involved in attending a festival in a public place and that these risks may be present before, during and after the Festival. An unclaimed and/or unused prize element will remain the property of Festival. Resale of tickets is prohibited. By claiming tickets, you agree to ticketing  Terms of Use  and to abide by the health and safety measures in effect at the time of your event, which may include, but not be limited to, wearing masks, providing proof of vaccination status and/or providing proof of negative COVID-19 status, and are subject to change at any time. 

 

The Prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

 

6. Winner Selection and Notification

Winner(s) will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion

Period.

 

Winner(s) will be notified via:

• Email, phone, or social media direct message.

Winner must respond within 48–72 hours or an alternate winner may be selected. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility before awarding the Prize

 

7. Odds

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

 

8. General Conditions

By entering, participants:

• Agree to be bound by these Official Rules

• Grant Sponsor permission to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law

 

Sponsor reserves the right to:

• Cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity of the Promotion.

• Disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

 

Sponsor and C3 Presents, LLC are not responsible for:

• Lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries

• Technical issues, network failures, or platform errors

• Any injury or damage resulting from participation or use of the Prize

 

10. Disputes / Governing Law

This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Tennessee.

 

11. Privacy

Information collected from entrants will be used in accordance with the sponsor’s privacy

practices and may be used for marketing purposes.

 

12. Winner List

Requests must be received within 30 days of the Promotion end date.
