This Experience Tennessee Vacation Package is provided as a gift from friends and partners of Experience Tennessee and the Tennessee Whiskey Trail. The package is organized and facilitated by the South Central Tennessee Tourism Association (SCTTA) with support from participating tourism partners, including Visit Lynchburg, the Jack Daniel Distillery, and the Tennessee Whiskey Trail. This package may be distributed by authorized partners, sponsors, businesses, organizations, and friends of the South Central Tennessee Tourism Association as a token of appreciation, sweepstakes, or silent auction item. No purchase is necessary to receive or redeem this package. Package Includes, One (1) overnight stay in Lynchburg, Tennessee, Two (2) Jack Daniel Distillery tour tickets, Tennessee Whiskey swag package, Two (2) Tennessee Whiskey Trail hats, Two (2) Tennessee Whiskey Trail T-shirts, Stickers, discounts, promotional items, and additional partner gifts. To redeem this package, recipients must complete the required redemption form at ExperienceTN.com/experience-packages and provide the unique redemption code issued with the package. Recipients are encouraged to submit preferred travel dates at least thirty (30) days prior to their desired visit date to allow sufficient time for reservations and coordination. However, recipients may submit any dates that work best for their schedule, and SCTTA and its partners will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests whenever possible. Each package contains a unique redemption code that may only be used one time. Redemption codes have no cash value, are non-transferable, may not be sold, duplicated, exchanged, or redeemed for cash, and should not be shared with others. Redemption requests are processed on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability. Lost, stolen, altered, duplicated, or unauthorized codes may be deemed invalid. All lodging accommodations, tours, attractions, activities, and package components are subject to availability, seasonal schedules, operating hours, blackout dates, and partner participation. Package elements may be modified or substituted with items, experiences, or services of equal or greater value when necessary. Transportation, meals, gratuities, taxes, incidental expenses, and any costs not specifically listed as part of the package are the sole responsibility of the recipient. The South Central Tennessee Tourism Association, Experience Tennessee, the Tennessee Whiskey Trail, Visit Lynchburg, the Jack Daniel Distillery, and participating partners reserve the right to modify, substitute, reschedule, or discontinue any package component without prior notice. The organization, business, individual, sponsor, or partner providing or gifting this package to the recipient acts solely as a gifting sponsor and is not responsible for the administration, fulfillment, scheduling, execution, quality, availability, redemption, or value of any package component. The gifting entity assumes no responsibility or liability for travel arrangements, accommodations, activities, services provided by third parties, or any incidents arising from participation in or redemption of this package. By accepting and redeeming this package, the recipient voluntarily assumes all risks associated with travel and participation in package activities and agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the gifting sponsor, the South Central Tennessee Tourism Association, Experience Tennessee, the Tennessee Whiskey Trail, Visit Lynchburg, the Jack Daniel Distillery, and all participating partners, sponsors, officers, directors, employees, volunteers, agents, affiliates, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, injuries, expenses, or causes of action arising from or related to the acceptance, redemption, travel, lodging, participation in activities, or use of any package component, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, property damage, travel delays, cancellations, acts of third parties, or other unforeseen circumstances.
