Nashville Fine Artist Stacy Beam will host Art on The Mountain, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. CDT, July 1-4, including a special cocktail reception from 6-9 p.m., July 3. Art on The Mountain takes place at the Stacy Beam Fine Art Gallery, 19643 State Highway 56, Beersheba Springs, TN. An American painter who began his career as a portrait artist, Beam now focuses on personal interpretation of the American South. Most recently, Beam was among an elite group of artists chosen to Plein Air paint at world-class museum and botanical attraction Nashville’s Cheekwood Estate & Gardens.

In addition to Beam’s “Art On The Mountain” event, the Independence Day Weekend in Beersheba Springs also features Dash to the Door 2022, a 3-mile walk or 5K run to benefit the clinic. The event is held in accordance to CDC guidelines. Check-in is at 7:30 a.m. CDT, July 2, 2022, at the Beersheba Clinic 19592 SR 56, Beersheba Springs, TN. NEW this year is a partnership with A Matter of Timing, so participants can race for fun or see if they can beat their best time. All clinic patients can participate for free. Children under 12 and dogs are welcomed and free! The Beersheba Springs Medical Clinic is a non-profit facility established in 2010 to provide comprehensive ambulatory medical services for Beersheba Springs and Grundy County, one of the most depressed counties in Tennessee.
